Sadaqa Jariya
Sadaqa Jariya is a continuous charity. So, these are the virtuous deeds. Likewise reward you will keep on getting even after you dies.
Furthermore, we print copies of the Holy Quran with Arabic & English text. Although this is for those who have passed away. Yet for those also who are alive.
Besides this the principle is to make it easy for Muslims to print copies of Quran. And distribute among the masajid or centers. Where the Muslim will recite it. The donor will receive the reward.
We know from the sayings of Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alihi wasalam.
Abu Qatadah reported.
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The best of what a man leaves behind are three: a righteous child who supplicates for him, ongoing charity. But the reward of which reaches him, and knowledge that is acted upon after him.”

عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْرُ مَا يُخَلِّفُ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ ثَلَاثٌ وَلَدٌ صَالِحٌ يَدْعُو لَهُ وَصَدَقَةٌ تَجْرِي يَبْلُغُهُ أَجْرُهَا وَعِلْمٌ يُعْمَلُ بِهِ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Seven deeds of a servant continue to be rewarded after his death while he is in his grave: knowledge to be learned, constructing a canal, digging a well, planting a date-palm tree, building a mosque, handing down a written copy of the Quran, and leaving a righteous child who seeks forgiveness for him after his death.”

عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَبْعٌ يَجْرِي لِلْعَبْدِ أَجْرُهُنَّ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَوْتِهِ وَهُوَ فِي قَبْرِهِ مَنْ عَلَّمَ عِلْمًا أَوْ كَرَى نَهْرًا أَوْ حَفَرَ بِئْرًا أَوْ غَرَسَ نَخْلا أَوْ بَنَى مَسْجِدًا أَوْ وَرَّثَ مُصْحَفًا أَوْ تَرَكَ وَلَدًا يَسْتَغْفِرُ لَهُ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهِ
